So, it's that time of the year again when all eyes are on PR Week's league table and once again, Octopus Group has outperformed the market and is up nine places to 51.

For nine years now, we've been moving up the table, come hell or high water. That's down to the simple fact that we have great people doing great things - consistently.

Last year for us was as much about innovation as growth and wise old heads have always said it's hard to do both in the same year so it's nice to have achieved it!

Now, it's always interesting to see what can be gleaned from the league table. Only two out of the top 60 moved up more places than us - further evidence of outperforming the market again. Another thing that jumps out is that 30 of the top 100 didn't post numbers last year and there are a number of 'new entrants' from established firms - I'll leave you to make your own conclusions on that.

With average agency growth still short of double digits for the second year running, what can we expect this year? Well, if the last four months are anything to go by, I think its going to be a top year...the momentum is building!
